Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to virtually anywhere in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We take pride in everything we do, including ensuring your items arrive in the same condition they left. We package everything as securely as possible for its transition from our store to you.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

At Art World, our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if you have any questions about your order, please call us at 903-753-3255 Monday-Friday 9:30–5:30 CST.

 

Returns are accepted but we need to speak with you about the issue first. Before we ship out paintings, giclées or other artwork, we carefully inspect them before and after they are packaged and these inspections are logged.

 

As these items are of growing value quality fine art, please ensure that your return is very carefully packaged in the same manner as it was delivered to you, including any certificates/paperwork you received with your order. Therefore, we expect to receive your return in the same condition as it was when it left. We will not honor returns should the item arrive back in poor condition.

 

We are also not responsible for shipping charges or fees, as well as any damaged or lost returns along the way. While you may ship the return by the method of your choice, we highly recommend that you use a faster than standard service with insurance.

 

There are no refunds for custom made art pieces due to the weeks of extensive effort that goes into each piece.

Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods at 903-753-3255 Monday-Friday 9:30-5:30 CST for return instructions. All Art World products ship insured and refund or replacement arrangements will be made if received damaged.
